Get Shortlisted

The Search and Selection Committee will evaluate the CFO nominees through a panel interview and shortlist the nominees.

Get Interviewed

Once shortlisted, you, your CEO, your colleagues, and other senior executives in your company will be interviewed by a member of the Search and Selection Committee who will champion or vouch for your nomination. 

Get Chosen

The Search and Selection Committee will evaluate and rate all shortlisted nominees. The Committee will give its votes to the Board of Judges. 

Get Into Final Judging

The Board of Judges will interview, evaluate, and rate the chosen CFO nominees. Its ratings will be combined with the ratings of the Search and Selection Committee to select the awardee.  

Bring Home the Award

The ING FINEX CFO of the Year awardee is formally recognized in an award ceremony held in November of the same year. Aside from winning the coveted title and being honored by his peers, the awardee gets to bring home an especially designed trophy made by renowned glass scupltor Ramon Orlina.
